Quilt Trail

The Burnt Church community offers a unique attraction that combines rural economic development and American folk art. A project taken on by volunteers from the local community center, the Quilt Trail features more than 30 unique quilt squares placed around the community at various locations.

Bluegrass Festival

Come on out and enjoy the best bluegrass music around at the annual Savannah Bluegrass Festival! The festival takes place each summer on the banks of the Tennessee River at Wayne Jerrolds Park, with a whole host of bands playing for your enjoyment.

Walnut Grove Fish Fry

Each month, the close-knit community of Walnut Grove comes together for the Walnut Grove Fish Fry. The event offers tasty fried fish and sides with proceeds benefiting the community’s volunteer fire department.
